Add Hugging Face paper link and framework diagram

This PR improves the model card by:
- Adding a link to the paper's Hugging Face page (2605.11711).
- Including the framework architecture diagram from the official GitHub repository to provide a visual overview of the DR.Q algorithm.
Thank you for contributing the model card. The link to the paper's HuggingFace page and the framework architecture diagram are committed now. The evaluation results are kept as they are since the model card ought to present thorough evaluation results.
