Any way of controling the voice?

There are any way of control which are the voice will read the script i gave it? Because sometimes is the male voice, sometimes is the female... Thank you.
Prepend the speech with [S1] or [S2] for different voices.
But its not consistant. Sometime it switches the voices between S1 and S2, sometimes both are women or sometimes both are man, and so on.

Any follow-up on this? A way to achieve constant voice all the time?
