i ran this on 48 gb ram, it's a beast of a model, i understand if they don't want to demo it

Of course they want to demo it! And they actually do it, but on their private infrastructure... Which can't be trusted for privacy.
I think that's why OP is asking for a HF space.

tried their hosted demo it didn’t have all the features mentioned and wasn't all that great as when i built the project on a gpu in the cloud. The cost is maybe 25 cents and 15 minutes of your life for setup. And the self hosted version has all the mentioned features
